UPRYT · Growth proposal · September 2026Today your practice runs three websites and three Instagram accounts, each with its own look. We would bring them together into one calm, trusted brand, built to grow new patients at today's offices and the ones you open next.
Lombard · Vernon Hills · Lisle, and whatever comes next.
Binit, you've built a practice with great providers, a warm team and three offices with room to grow. The next step is an engine that brings in new patients consistently, at every office you have today and every one you open next.
We want to help you build it the right way, once. Below is a short audit of what's holding growth back today, then exactly what we'd build: one website, one look across all three offices, content only Yorktown can make, and a setup that makes office number four a quick launch instead of a new project.
If a patient can find you, read about you, book with you or hear from you online, it's ours to run. Website, search, social, email, tracking and whatever comes next, for every office. You focus on patients.
Six findings, graded plainly. The full technical audit is at yorktown.upryt.io.
Main site, Vernon Hills and Lisle are separate builds with separate content. Every change happens three times, and the sites never link to each other, so Google reads three small businesses.
A search for "OBGYN Lombard IL" shows Healthgrades, Zocdoc, Yelp and WebMD, not a practice website. In Vernon Hills, Northwestern Medicine holds two page-one results to Yorktown's one.
Links, reviews and search history are spread across three domains instead of building on one, so each office starts from zero, and the next one will too.
Each office posts in its own style. The content is warm and human, but there's no shared look a patient would recognize as Yorktown.
Headshots on mismatched backdrops, and different providers listed on different sites. Patients can't tell who works where.
Eight providers with professional headshots, and a staff that already shows up on social. That's the raw material for everything below.

The Vernon Hills site earns roughly eight times the estimated search traffic of the main site. It's your strongest asset, so we'd move it page by page with redirects, never just switch it off.Ahrefs Site Explorer organic traffic estimate, September 2026. We'd confirm with your real analytics in week one.
We keep your logo and your blue and green, and build a calmer, more modern system around them that works the same on the website, every Instagram account and every new office.

An evolution, not a rebrand. Patients already know the Yorktown mark, so it stays exactly as it is. What changes is everything around it: more white space, softer color, confident type and your real providers front and center.

Not a monthly newsletter nobody opens. A few automated journeys that send the right note at the right moment, for the office each patient actually uses. Patients opt in; nothing is pulled from medical records.
This is usually when your anatomy ultrasound happens, somewhere between weeks 18 and 22. It's a detailed look at how your baby is growing.
